This necklace is made from 18 swg Copper, Brass, and German Silver rings to make this beautiful Tri-tone blend. It is completed with a handmade S-Clasp. Matching earrings are available. I've also combine these into a set to save you a few dollars.
Copper is a beautiful reddish/orange metal that is found on the periodic table of elements. In its native state it is very soft, but the wire that I get has been tempered hard. Making it stronger then normal Electrical Copper wire that most people are probably familiar with. Over time Copper will develop a patina turn slightly green.
Brass is a alloy made from Copper and Zinc. It has a color similar to Gold, and with market prices the way they are, it makes it a nice affordable substitute
German Silver is also sometimes called Nickel Silver, or New Silver is an alloy made from Copper, Nickel and Zinc. It shouldn't be mistaken for the chemical element silver. It has a unique silver color with a slight golden undertone.
