Shipping Information
All packages will be in a padded evelope for shipping, to help protect against possible damage during shipping. All Jewelry will ship in a air tight baggy to prevent the jewelry from tarnishing. If you would like a gift box for the item(s), the baggy will be in the box.
We will try to have orders ship as fast as possible, usually this will mean before noon the next business day, but within two business days at the latest. We have been able to use Canada Post's Sell online tool to automate our shipping prices. This means you will have a few options for shipping, and can be gauranteed an accurate and low price. It will also give you an estimated delivery date for each avaliable option.
Return Information
We will accept returns upto 30 days after an item has shipped. Please email us first at orders@chubbscorner.com so that we can expect the return. In this email please include your order number, so we can resolve the return as fast as possible. Returns will be credited by ways of a gift card worth the value of the item(s), minus a 10% or $2.00 restocking fee (which ever is greater). Alternatively we can credit the return back to the paypal account threw which the payment was originally made.
You will be responsible for any shipping fee's involved with the return. If we recieve any fee's on our end they will be deducted from the final value of the credit. For this reason, it is suggested that you use the cheapest method avalible for sending products back to us.
